Randy Schroeder is a top MonaVie Distributor and a well known leader in the Network Marketing (MLM) industry. Before he got into MLM, he was a stockbroker. Since 1990, he has been able to transition from his stockbroker career into the MLM industry and create an amazing track record for himself.

During that 20 year period, Schroeder has made over $30 million in income. Before joining MonaVie, he was with Agel Enterprises, where he had a lot of success competing for the number one position with Randy Gage.

He decided to build a business with MonaVie after becoming unhappy with Agel Enterprises. There were some false rumors going around the web that Darren Larsen paid Schroeder between $8-15 to join MonaVie. Randy Said that he was never paid that money. Others said that he was lying because they saw the contract. A business partner of mine confirmed with Randy personally that he never did that. But who cares anyways?

How Does Randy Schroeder Build His Business?

Schroeder is known for building his network marketing business using the old school methods and teaches his recruits those same methods. He tells his recruits to make a list of their friends, family, and business partners and contact them using the same script he uses. Then they deliver their prospects a 15 minute CD with information about the business opportunity. After their prospect listens to the CD, they are then invited to attend a home or hotel meeting which lasts between 35-45 minutes.

What are the Advantages and Disadvantages to Working With Schroeder?

There are certainly many advantages in working close with Schroeder. If you work with him, he will show you what steps you need to take to become successful. He is one of the most precise trainers leaving no room for confusion throughout the process. As long as you work hard, he will help you to achieve the goals you set.

However, there are some disadvantages to working with Schroeder. Randy is not the right person to join if you want to learn how to build your business using the power of the internet to generate leads. Also if you feel uncomfortable about the working environment that Randy likes to promote, you probably would not do well with him either. For example, you might not feel comfortable promoting your business using the three foot rule or feel comfortable aggressively approaching people the way he does.

Why Do You Need to Know This?

I am not telling people this to try to take prospects away from Randy. I have a lot of respect for him. But if you feel comfortable using the methods he does, then he is a great leader to work with. On the other hand, if you are looking to use the internet to generate leads, you might want to consider joining someone who is already using the internet to build their business. They will be able to show you how to build yours the same way.

Also, if you are someone who doesn’t have a lot of personal friends, you are going have a frustrating time trying to make a list of 50+People to call. You might have more success learning how to market using articles, videos and social networking to generate your own leads.

Is Randy Schroeder a Scam?

Randy Schroeder is not a Scam.  Some people will do well with him and some won’t. He is a great MLM Trainer and coach for the people that feel they will do well using his business promoting methods. Just make sure you make the right decision based on how you would like to promote your business.
