That’s a lot of templates! I hadn’t known about that. I’m with another host currently. We had signed up with them because of a special they were running, some problems with a previous host and they were going to move things for us that were a bit complex for us at the time.
Since then, I have honestly mostly been happy except there there have been a few times where there have been major problems – there was a transition that went extremely badly when we moved over some additional sites and there have been a few separate tech support issues that haven’t gone well. So long as things are running smoothly – which they almost always do and you don’t need them to do anything else, which I almost never do – they’re fantastic.
Though if we need to move hosts again, or if we need to do another site at a different host, I’ll try to remember to touch base with you about these guys because I would be interested in checking out the templates and in having better tech support for those situations when you need it. – Thanks Ted! – Rob
